Event Services offers various options to furnish and dress your stand, such as:

Depending on the stand location (corner, intermediate, end, or island stand), there are various options available. See the brochure below for each stand location, detailing the possibilities and rates.

Corner stand

A corner stand borders aisles on two sides. These sides are open and provide visitors access to the stand. The other two sides are fitted with walls (all-in stand) and can be personalised with prints and upgrades, for example.

Intermediate stand

An intermediate stand borders an aisle on one side. This side is open. The other three sides are fitted with walls (all-in stand) and can be personalised with prints and upgrades, for example.

Headstand

An end stand borders aisles on three sides. These sides are open and provide sightlines into the stand from three directions. The back wall is fitted with a wall (all-in stand) and can be personalised with prints and upgrades, for example.

Island stand

An island stand borders aisles on all four sides and therefore has a very open character. There are various options to personalise an island stand, for example with customised objects above the stand.

Technical provisions

Electricity

Electrical connections can be requested via the webshop. The use of a personal generator is not allowed.

For machines with a frequency controller, an electrical connection for machines must be requested via the webshop.
Electrical connections are switched off after the event closes. If machines require electricity 24 hours a day, please request night power via the webshop.

Water

Water supply and/or drainage can be requested via the webshop. It is not permitted to use water from fire hydrants. Stagnant water in the stand is only allowed if you comply with the regulations regarding legionella prevention.

The water temperature must be kept below 25°C or above 50°C. Measure the temperature every two hours and keep a logbook of this.
Water pipes and equipment that spray water must be regularly flushed, especially when not used for extended periods.
Disinfect water installations with chlorine or other biocides.
Document and record all activities and measures taken for legionella prevention.

Compressed air

Compressed air can be requested via the webshop. You are responsible for connecting the machines yourself. The hoses will be laid during the setup.

Compressed air is available:
From 13:00 on the last setup day until 1 hour after the closing time on the last day of the event.

Internet/WIfi

Through the webshop, we offer wired internet and Wi-Fi. See the webshop for the various options.

It is not permitted to set up your own wireless network.

If you depend on a stable internet connection, we recommend requesting a wired internet connection instead of Wi-Fi.

Rigging

Give your stand even more visibility from a distance without compromising the available floor space by hanging banners, lighting, AV equipment, or objects above the stand.

You can request trusses, lighting, attachment points, etc., via the webshop or Event Services. All attachment points are provided by our house supplier Decoriginals. For safety reasons, attaching objects to the building yourself is not permitted.

Unfortunately, rigging is not possible at all halls.

Important update: roof rigging is no longer permitted in halls 1, 2, 3, 7 and Loods at Evenementenhal Hardenberg

Due to tightened safety regulations concerning the load-bearing structures of buildings with a public function, it is no longer allowed to attach materials to the roof structure in several of our halls. This applies to halls 1, 2, 3, 7 and Loods at Evenementenhal Hardenberg.

Building assessments now take a wider range of loads and external factors into account, including weather conditions such as snow and wind loads, as well as the combination of different types of load. As a result, the safety requirements for using roof structures have become more stringent. To ensure the safety of visitors, exhibitors and staff, no exceptions to this ban on roof rigging can be made in the halls listed above.

Hall 1: Roof rigging is no longer permitted

Halls 4, 5 and 6:

Maximum load per suspension point: 250 kg. A technical stand drawing showing the weight per suspension point must be sent to eventservices@easyfairs.com at least 30 days before the start of the event.
Hall 7: Roof rigging is no longer permitted
Loods: Roof rigging is no longer permitted

If your stand design includes a suspended structure, please contact your stand builder or Event Services (eventservices@easyfairs.com). We are happy to help you find safe alternatives, such as a free-standing truss structure or ground support.
