Specifications
If you have ordered printing, you must submit the designs on time. Check the deadlines for when the designs must be received by us and see the delivery specifications below.
Seamless prints
The fabrics of seamless prints are the property of the exhibitor (excluding the frame). If you wish to keep the fabric after the event, it must be taken immediately after the last day of the event. The fabric can be easily removed from the frame by pulling the small loop at the bottom corner.
Fabrics still in the frames one hour after the last day of the event will be removed and recycled, and will no longer be retrievable.
Graphic files can be uploaded via our event uploader. After placing an order, you will receive a direct link and further information by email about uploading the files.

Printed stand panels
Printed stand panels may, if desired, be taken away by the exhibitor after the event (excluding the frame). If you wish to take the stand panels with you, you must inform the exhibitor reception or Event Services before the end of the first day of the event. The panels must be removed immediately after the event.
Unfortunately, there is no storage option available for the panels.
If it is not indicated before the end of the first day of the event that you wish to take the stand panels with you, they will be recycled immediately after the event.
Other printing work
The specifications for other printing work such as All-in Plus banners, printed frieze boards, Easy Eyecatchers prints, counter stickers, etc., will be provided after ordering the desired product.
All banners, printed fabrics, and panels may be taken away by the exhibitor after the event if desired (excluding the frame). If you want to take the printing with you, please notify the exhibitor reception or Event Services before the end of the first day of the event. The prints must be removed immediately after the last day of the event. Dismantling is done by Easyfairs and/or the respective supplier. Unfortunately, there is no storage option available for the printing work.
