Visit Connect is an online environment you can access on your smartphone or tablet. With Visit Connect, you can easily collect information from visitors at your booth. By scanning their badges with the tool, you receive all the data you need for lead follow-up.

Visit Connect vs. the Smart Badge Reader
Visit Connect is not the same as the Smart Badge Reader. With the Smart Badge, visitors scan the reader at your booth and then receive your company information by email after the show. You also receive the data of all visitors who scanned your reader.

With Visit Connect, you scan the visitor’s badge and receive their information directly in the online environment. You can also make useful notes and add questions.

How does it work?

At Infra Relatiedagen, Visit Connect is integrated into the  Easyfairs NL app. You will receive an email to log in to this app and open Visit Connect.

Download the Easyfairs NL app and log in with the credentials from the email (3 weeks before the event).
Open Visit Connect in the Easyfairs NL app (green button at the top).
Click ‘Add lead’ to open the camera.
You can start scanning visitor badges!
All scan data is stored on the devices and can be exported later from My Easyfairs to a handy Excel document.
