Register your booth staff: After registering, they’ll receive an email to create their account in the app.
Set up your user profile: Tell us about your interests and what you’re looking for during the event.
Download the app: Download the app and enjoy the benefits anytime, anywhere.

Get the most out of your participation

The app will go live approximately three weeks before the event. At that time, you’ll find links to the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android) here.

FAQ

The app lets you connect and schedule appointments with visitors, speakers, or other exhibitors. You can view the knowledge program and schedule sessions in your calendar, view speaker and exhibitor information, and consult the floor plan.

The app is available for download in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Search for Easyfairs NL.

After registering your booth staff, they’ll receive an email to create their account in the app. This welcome email contains a registration ID/badge ID. They can then create a password to log in later.

Click the Help? button in the app to contact us so the email can still be sent. Or email us at invitation@easyfairs.com.

Under “App Users,” you’ll see all app users. If you want to contact someone at a trade show, for example, find them and click “Show Interested” to express your interest.

The exhibitor list shows all participating companies. Click “Show Interest” to express your interest in the company. If the exhibitor confirms your interest, you can chat with them or schedule an appointment.

The full program is visible in the app, under “Program.” If you’d like to attend a session, you can add it to the calendar by clicking the “Add to Calendar” button next to the session.

Under “Recommended for you,” you’ll see recommendations specifically for you, such as visitors, booth staff, other exhibitors, etc. These recommendations are based on your profile and interests. You can express interest in the suggested people or companies or skip them.
