Webshop rates

Order on time to benefit from the low early booking rate. Check here for the early booking rate deadline.

After the early booking rate expires, a surcharge of 30% applies. Certain products, such as printing, can only be ordered during the early booking period.

Placing additional orders after the webshop has closed is only possible during the setup at the exhibitor’s desk.

Please note:

  • A 100% surcharge applies for requesting technical provisions during the setup.
  • Only a limited assortment is available during the setup and while stocks last.
  • Delivery of additional orders placed via the webshop will always take precedence over orders placed during the setup.

Cancellations of additional orders can be made up to 15 days before the event starts. After this, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Printing work such as seamless prints, printed panels, and stickers cannot be cancelled.

Webshop items are rented and therefore remain the property of Easyfairs Nederland BV and/or the suppliers. In case of damage and/or loss, the costs will be charged to the exhibitor.
