How does it work?
First, register for Infra Relatiedagen (Infra Business Days): after registering, you’ll receive an email to create your account in the Easyfairs NL app.
Download the Easyfairs NL app: the app is available for both Android and iOS. Follow the link or scan the QR code to download the app.
Set up your profile: tell us your interests, company details, and what you’re looking for at the show.
Start matching: Start exploring our recommendations, connect with fellow industry professionals, and plan your visit.
Enjoy Infra Relatiedagen: with your schedule at your fingertips, you can focus on making new connections and gathering valuable insights!

The app will go live approximately two weeks before the event. At that time, you’ll find links to the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android) here.
FAQ
Visitors, speakers, and exhibitors can log in to the Easyfairs NL app, where they can follow the latest event news and connect with other visitors, exhibitors, and speakers. With the app, they can:
View the knowledge program and schedule sessions in their calendar
Network with other visitors, exhibitors, or speakers
Schedule appointments with others during the event
View speaker and exhibitor information
View the floor plan
The app can be downloaded from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Search for Easyfairs NL. Or click “Download the app” in the welcome email you receive.
After registering for the trade show, you’ll receive a welcome email to activate your account for the Easyfairs NL app. Enter the email address you registered with and the registration ID/badge ID from the welcome email. Then, create a password to log in with.
Click the Help? button in the app to contact us so the email can still be sent. Or email us at invitation@easyfairs.com.
The exhibitor list shows all participating companies. Click “Show Interest” to express your interest in the company. If the exhibitor confirms your interest, you can chat with them or schedule an appointment.
Under “App Users,” you’ll see all app users. If you want to connect with someone else at the trade show, for example, simply find them and click “Show Interested” to express your interest.
The full program is visible in the app, under “Program.” If you’d like to attend a session, you can add it to the calendar by clicking the “Add to Calendar” button next to the session.
Under “Recommended for you,” you’ll see recommendations specifically for you, such as exhibitors, booth staff, other visitors, etc. These recommendations are based on your profile and interests. You can express interest in the suggested people or companies or skip them.
